First of all we want to say congratulations. Now that is out of the way and we can get down to the business of planning one of the most time consuming, frustrating, confusing...and yes, special and beautiful days of you and your family's life. We know what planning a wedding takes and we get it done without getting in your way. We know the truth about wedding days: It is hard to enjoy with all the guests and reservations and seating charts and time lines and gift bags and pictures to worry about. Let us do the worrying. After all isn't that what your are paying us for? You make the decisions and we do the work...we make it happen no matter what gets in the way. And then perhaps, you will be able to enjoy this day after all.

Country Market Catering is a full-service wedding caterer. Essentially, this means that aside from bringing fine cuisine & service to you and your guests, we are fully staffed with the resources and expertise to help plan, design and coordinate every detail that encompasses this wonderful day. From the start, you'll want to know all about the many locations and venues we work with throughout Southern California, and whether it's for your wedding, reception or both, we'll outline the variations that each location offers. Many of our wedding couples have already found a location and are not in need of our scouting services, so the choice is completely yours and we're able to travel as much as 150 miles for any special occasion. Regardless, our in-house wedding coordinator will always be a phone call away to take you through each of the steps and answer all your questions during the planning process.

During the course of planning your wedding, you'll have the opportunity to meet with our executive chef who will eagerly help plan your menu and customize it to any special needs or dietary restrictions that any of your guests may have. We will also go over your optional dining layouts, styles and formats, as well as help determine what rentals (if any) may be needed for the event. You will be provided with a complimentary tasting of the selections you've chosen, and we're quite certain you'll be amazed by what you try. Once everything is all set to go with the location and all your catering needs, our in-house coordinator is at your service in helping to arrange all of the following elements that you'd like our help with:
