We feature 8 separate world regional menus and have designed them in such a way that is very simple to follow. All of our appetizers, platters and hors d'oeuvres are arranged together on one menu. Our salads, sides, vegetable dishes and entrees are broken into the 8 regional menus. The way to begin planning your menu is to look over all the items and highlight those that most appeal to you, your guests and the event style.
Our menus are quite extensive, however, there just isn't enough room for us to list and describe each and every dish we prepare for our clients. Quite often, a client will ask if we can make a certain dish from their little corner of the world that is not listed on our menu...we can and will! Each event is customized in every aspect, and just because a specific selection is not on our menu does not mean we don't offer it. Please feel free to call and speak to any of our menu planners or chefs; they'll be here to answer all your questions and help create your menu if you so desire.
