In the 1997, Our Chef Eric Greenstein, was working as a Chef at the world famous Campanile Restaurant. During his employment there, he developed a reputation for the amazing catering that he was doing for friends and family. The demand for his services grew, as did his love and passion for creating unique events.

The company was started out of a garage with himself as the only employee.   Who knew it would grow into an 8500 square foot facility with over 30 staff members. Today, as part of Contemporary Catering and partners in Westwood Country Market and Cafe and owners of their own produce market and deli, Chef Eric Greenstein has managed to grow this company into one of the premier catering and event design firms on the West Coast.

From our managers down to our delivery drivers, we have not forgotten what it means to be in the service industry: To be flexible and treat the client with respect. Our motto is “Make It Happen.” Whether it’s meeting your tastes, budget, dietary restrictions, coordinating your event or anything else that makes the event your event, we’ll make it happen! We do all the work so you don't have to and we make you look great in doing so.

We are not in the business of mass producing mediocre food or providing cookie cutter events. We will rarely provide services to more than one or two events per day. Our servers, event planners, drivers, bartenders, office personnel and kitchen crew are each well aware of our clients wants and needs and what is expected of their efforts.
